Glow

Beginner | Gentle Intro | Find Your Light

Glow is our foundational reformer class designed for those new to Pilates or looking to reconnect with the basics. This slightly slower-paced session focuses on learning proper form, understanding Pilates terminology, and building body awareness from the ground up.

You’ll move intentionally through core exercises while exploring posture, alignment, breath, and the mind–body connection that makes Pilates so transformative. Props such as the magic circle, Pilates ball, mat, or tower may be incorporated to support your learning and enhance stability.

Glow is the perfect place to begin, building confidence, control, and a strong foundation so you can shine brighter in every class to come.

 

Shine

Progressive | Build Strength & Confidence

Shine is our signature reformer experience. Designed for students with a foundational understanding of Pilates terminology and movement patterns, this class builds strength, endurance, and flow while maintaining precision and control.

The pace is more dynamic, with seamless transitions and layered progressions that challenge coordination and stability. Expect thoughtful programming that works the entire body using the reformer along with props such as the magic circle, ball, mat, and tower to deepen engagement and expand movement options.

Shine is where strength meets grace, helping you move with confidence, power, and purpose.

 

Spark

Advanced | Powerful | Dynamic | Full-Out Shine

Spark is our more advanced reformer class, built for those ready to grow their strength, and control.

You’ll experience elevated intensity, dynamic sequencing, and creative use of props to challenge balance, coordination, and muscular endurance. Strong foundational knowledge of Pilates form and terminology is recommended.

Spark is bold, empowering, and designed to ignite your power from the inside out.

 

Spark Cardio

Jumpboard | Energetic | Dynamic

Spark Cardio blends the strength of reformer Pilates with heart-pumping interval work using the jumpboard. This low-impact cardio experience builds endurance while protecting the joints, delivering a powerful sweat without high-impact stress.

Expect intervals of jumpboard work combined with targeted strength sequences on the reformer. You’ll challenge your cardiovascular system, build muscular endurance, and improve coordination, all while staying grounded in strong Pilates form.

It’s athletic, energizing, and seriously fun.

 

Afterglow

Stretch | Restore | Recover

Afterglow is your reset button. This restorative reformer class focuses on deep stretching, mobility, and mindful movement to help release tension and restore balance in the body. Using the reformer, tower, mat, and supportive props, you’ll move through lengthening sequences designed to improve flexibility, enhance recovery, and calm the nervous system. Slow transitions and intentional breathing support nervous system regulation and deep recovery. Perfect after an intense workout, or anytime your body needs a little extra care, Afterglow leaves you feeling open, refreshed, and glowing from within.
